Always be learning

ABL - Glen Gary Glen Ross made ABC famous - Always Be Closing and defined sales in the eyes of Americans. I would suggest that ABL - "Always Be Learning" is a better acronym and a better way to see the world. A few thing have changed since this movie, and that's a good thing. But we're not talking about the movie, we're talking about you. 

You have years (decades) ahead of you, now is the time to learn and soak up as much as possible. Make mistakes, ask for help, admit you don't know everything and learn, learn from everything and everyone willing to share their experience. Any time you get a chance ask successful people what they have learned, how they got to where they are. It might not be how you get to where you want to be, but it will help at some point in some way.
